About the role
Lead a team of Medical Sales Representatives to ensure product availability and visibility. Build strategic relationships with hospitals and pharmacy chains to drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do
• Oversee in-store pharmacy activations and consumer engagement. • Manage and coach Medical Sales Representatives. • Ensure zero stock-outs and 100% shelf presence. • Negotiate prime shelf space and promotional campaigns. • Lead tender submissions and contract negotiations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related Biomedical Sciences. • Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales experience. • At least 2 years managing institutional accounts. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Existing relationships with hospital procurement officers.
