About the role

What you’ll do
• Coordinate service and timing with Restaurant and Banquet departments. • Prepare and cook various foods including special events. • Maintain food handling and sanitation standards. • Supervise cooks and kitchen workers. • Lead shifts and ensure quality of food products.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED with 4 years culinary experience. • Or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field with 2 years experience. • Ability to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff. • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
