About the role
Support corporate and commercial legal practice with transactional and advisory work. Handle due diligence, compliance, and contract drafting tasks.
What you’ll do
• Support due diligence and transaction documentation. • Assist with company secretarial and compliance matters. • Contribute to legal content and knowledge management. • Participate in client meetings and prepare briefs. • Draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents.
What you’ll bring
• Called to the Nigerian Bar. • 1-2 years post-call corporate/commercial experience. • Strong drafting and legal research skills. • Reside in Calabar, Cross River State. • Proficient with legal/business software.
