About the role
Provide technical support by installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software. Respond promptly to service issues and assist users across the company.
What you’ll do
• Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners. • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. • Respond timely to service issues and requests. • Set up accounts for new users. • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
What you’ll bring
• 1 year of basic experience. • OND in computer science. • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus. • Logical thought process and organizational skills. • Willingness to work unsociable hours.
