About the role
The Junior Forward Deployed Engineer builds and maintains data pipelines for advanced analytics, data science, and AI initiatives. This role bridges legacy systems with modern cloud platforms to deliver production-grade data for machine learning and generative AI.
What you’ll do
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from on-premise and cloud sources. • Develop feature stores and datasets for machine learning workflows. • Engineer data pipelines for generative AI use cases. • Lead Snowflake data modeling and optimization. • Collaborate with IT and security teams for data integration.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. • Six years of data engineering experience or equivalent. • Expertise in Snowflake, AWS, and Azure data services. • Proficient in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Docker. • Experience with legacy system data extraction and AI data needs.
