About the role
Operate and maintain CERN's large-scale distributed storage services supporting scientific programs. Contribute to development, testing, deployment, and automation of EOS platform capabilities and tools.
What you’ll do
• Operate and maintain EOS distributed storage services. • Integrate, troubleshoot and optimise storage systems. • Develop, test and automate EOS platform capabilities. • Liaise with users, developers and collaborators.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with Linux, networking and storage technologies. • Interest in distributed storage and scientific computing. • Knowledge of replication, fault tolerance and caching. • Software development skills in C++, Python, Git, CI/CD. • Fluent English and willingness to learn French.
