About the role
Join Kennedia Consulting as a Junior Accountant to support financial reporting and audit activities. Manage reconciliations and liaise with partners for timely payments.
What you’ll do
• Support financial reporting, budget preparation, and audit activities. • Reconcile vendor payables, petty cash, and bank transactions. • Monitor daily financial transactions across departments. • Reconcile HMO claims, patient receivables, and corporate accounts. • Liaise with HMO partners to resolve discrepancies and facilitate payments. • Prepare and post journal entries including month-end adjustments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance. • Experience with medical billing and HMO claims reconciliation. • ICAN or ACCA certification or progress towards either. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills. • 2–3 years relevant accounting experience.
