About the role
The Jr. Loan Coordinator reviews incoming files, completes order-outs, and supports teammates to ensure smooth workflow.
What you’ll do
• Monitor App Submissions and set up Encompass files. • Review applications and documents thoroughly. • Obtain required insurance and employment documents. • Ensure accuracy of order outs and documents. • Maintain tracker for all files and outstanding items.
What you’ll bring
• US Mortgage Industry Experience required. • Order Out Experience required. • Encompass Experience preferred. • Familiarity with office applications. • Strong communication and team player skills.
