About the role
Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving client IT issues remotely. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain detailed documentation.
What you’ll do
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations and Microsoft 365. • Manage support requests from start to resolution. • Prioritize tickets and handle escalations. • Collaborate with teammates and third-party vendors. • Create and maintain technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in Managed Service Provider environment. • Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. • Administer Microsoft 365 environments. • Understand virtualization and networking fundamentals. • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
