About the role
Provide technical assistance and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth technology operations. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and support users remotely.
What you’ll do
• Maintain IT assets and software licences inventory. • Manage user accounts and access permissions. • Install and upgrade IT equipment and software. • Monitor IT systems and identify issues. • Provide first and second-line technical support.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in IT or related field. • 2-3 years experience in IT support or help desk. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Customer-focused attitude and professionalism.
