About the role
Provide first-line technical support and maintain IT hardware and software across resort operations. Support network performance and implement IT security measures.
What you’ll do
• Provide first-line technical support to users. • Install and troubleshoot IT hardware and software. • Support PMS, POS, communication platforms. • Monitor network and escalate complex issues. • Maintain IT asset and incident records.
What you’ll bring
• OND/HND/Bachelor's in IT or related field. • 1–3 years IT support experience. • Knowledge of hardware, software, networking. • Basic LAN/WAN and network troubleshooting. • Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
