About the role
Provide technical support and incident management for end-user IT issues. Manage network, systems, and directory services with CCNA and MCSE expertise.
What you’ll do
• Log, track, and resolve support requests via helpdesk system. • Troubleshoot and repair Windows, macOS, and peripherals. • Provide remote and on-site hardware and software support. • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WLAN network devices. • Manage Active Directory, server, and cloud administration.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc., HND, or Associate’s in IT or related field. • CCNA and MCSE certifications required. • 2 to 5 years IT helpdesk or network admin experience. • Strong Windows, macOS, Linux command knowledge. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
