About the role
Provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain IT equipment and systems. Support hospitality technology and ensure IT security and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software. • Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. • Support hospitality systems like PMS and POS.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in IT-related field. • Minimum 2 years IT support or network administration experience. • Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365. • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN. • Experience with hospitality technology systems is a plus.
