About the role
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Digital Workplace services quality and efficiency. Lead infrastructure projects and support transformation initiatives globally.
What you’ll do
• Analyze Digital Workplace services and identify improvements. • Design and implement operational processes and governance. • Lead IT infrastructure and Digital Workplace projects. • Define KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement plans. • Support problem management and service reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Experience in IT service improvement and infrastructure projects. • ITIL V4 Certification and COBIT knowledge. • Project management and stakeholder communication skills. • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; ServiceNow experience.
