About the role
Lead the Tier-1 Department Onboarding Project integrating departments into IT service portfolio. Ensure operational transitions and infrastructure stability.
What you’ll do
• Perform complex IT support and systems administration. • Install, maintain, and upgrade operating systems and hardware. • Monitor and enhance computers and communication systems. • Provide technical assistance and help desk functions. • Manage user configurations, security, and access rights.
What you’ll bring
• Associate degree or equivalent in computer science. • Three years experience in network environment support. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Experience with Intune, SCCM, CrowdStrike, Active Directory, ITIL, and ticketing systems.
