About the role
Provide on-site IT support and coordinate with outsourced IT service providers. Support multiple GEA sites and contribute to international IT initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Monitor IT operations and act as escalation point. • Support end users with IT questions and guide processes. • Build relationships with local stakeholders and teams. • Maintain and document site-specific IT support activities. • Participate in local and global IT projects.
What you’ll bring
• Around 5 years experience in IT or desktop support. • Experience supporting on-site and remote users. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Knowledge of workplace IT infrastructure and endpoint tech. • Ability to work independently and in international teams.
