About the role
Provide technical support and maintain IT systems including networks and cybersecurity. Manage user access and coordinate with vendors for IT assets.
What you’ll do
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Install and maintain servers, routers, firewalls, and networks. • Manage user accounts and software licenses. • Implement security measures and manage data backups. • Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field. • 1 to 3+ years experience in IT support or system administration. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Windows Server. • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall. • Familiar with Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace.
