About the role
The IT Officer manages IT operations at Kursi Group’s Bode Saadu and Ilorin locations, ensuring smooth IT support and infrastructure. Responsibilities include helpdesk support, network administration, cybersecurity, and IT asset management.
What you’ll do
• Respond to staff IT requests and faults. • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and Microsoft 365. • Maintain network, Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls. • Ensure IT system security and data backup. • Manage IT equipment records and procurement.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in IT or related field. • Minimum 4 years IT support or network administration experience. • Experience with CRM and business applications. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.
