About the role
Lead ClassDojo's IT function covering identity, devices, SaaS, security, vendors, and AI platforms for 350 people. Maintain and improve automated IT operations and security compliance.
What you’ll do
• Own identity and employee lifecycle systems. • Manage Mac-first MDM fleet and security incidents. • Run end-to-end IT operations and AI triage. • Govern SaaS stack, budget, and vendors. • Maintain SOC 2 audit readiness and AI governance.
What you’ll bring
• Owned IT for 200+ staff with Okta and HRIS lifecycle. • Managed Mac fleet under MDM with migrations. • Administered ChatGPT/Claude and built IT automations. • Automate requests via scripting and APIs. • Experience with SOC 2 environment and security judgment.
