About the role
Maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT equipment to ensure smooth business operations. Provide technical support and manage daily IT operations at the site.
What you’ll do
• Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with ISPs. • Coordinate with vendors and central IT team. • Install and troubleshoot printers and peripherals. • Maintain IT support records and incident reports. • Support server room equipment and network infrastructure.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or related field. • Knowledge of IP CCTV and NVR/DVR troubleshooting. • Experience with switches, firewalls, and printers. • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals. • 3–6 years in IT infrastructure and support.
