IT & Systems Officer

About the role
Manage all IT systems at the factory including network, devices, user accounts, and cloud tools. Build the IT function from scratch and provide day-to-day support across shifts.
What you’ll do
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, and attendance devices. • Manage internet, Wi-Fi, local network, and ISP failover. • Build and maintain IT asset register. • Support Excel-based operational tools with backups and access control. • Administer Zoho Mail, WorkDrive, Books, and manage user roles.
What you’ll bring
• Clear English communication skills. • Based in or willing to relocate to Kaduna. • Strong practical networking skills. • HND or BSc in Computer Science or related field. • 1-3 years IT support or systems administration experience.
