About the role
Provide hands-on technical support remotely for East Coast employees. Resolve hardware, software, and account access issues for a distributed workforce.
What you’ll do
• Provide onsite technical support and hardware setup. • Resolve help desk tickets and manage queue. • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics. • Administer identity and access tasks. • Maintain accurate records and escalate issues.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years IT support or help desk experience. • Knowledge of MacOS and/or Windows. • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical staff. • Manage multiple requests with minimal direction. • Familiarity with Jira, Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace.
