About the role
Provide filing and prosecution support through docketing, paralegal services, and reference management. Deliver excellent support aligned with customer-centric culture.
What you’ll do
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders. • Process domestic and international IP communications. • Review and file prosecution documents with USPTO. • Manage and maintain customer documents. • Prepare documents for signature and collaborate with customers.
What you’ll bring
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years patent docketing experience. • Experience with IP management software. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. • US and foreign patent docketing experience preferred.
