What you’ll do
• Provide effective audio and video interpreting through web platform. • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner. • Provide superior customer service. • Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and confidentiality. • Follow policies, procedures, and interpretation protocols.
What you’ll bring
• Full fluency in English and Toisan and Mandarin or Cantonese. • Technology proficient with web platforms and Microsoft Word. • Quiet, secure interpreting space free from noise. • 1+ years professional interpreting experience preferred. • Industry certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI).
