About the role
Strengthen governance framework, safeguard assets, and ensure effective financial and operational controls for a fintech and digital gaming organisation.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures. • Support audits and recommend process improvements. • Track corrective actions and prepare control reports. • Conduct risk-based control testing and identify weaknesses. • Ensure compliance with approval limits and segregation of duties.
What you’ll bring
• ICAN, ACCA or ANAN qualification; CIA, CISA or CRMA advantage. • Experience in fintech, banking, payments or gaming preferred. • 6–8 years relevant experience, 3 years supervisory. • Strong knowledge of internal controls, COSO, Excel, risk assessment. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
