About the role
Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems across construction projects and operations. Prevent financial leakage, verify material usage, enforce procurement policies, and ensure compliance.
What you’ll do
• Audit material consumption against approved BOQs. • Maintain and verify Fixed Assets Register. • Conduct unannounced physical inventory counts. • Audit site purchase orders and delivery notes. • Investigate anomalies and fraud reports.
What you’ll bring
• 3 to 5 years internal control or auditing experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. • Knowledge of construction accounting and BOQs. • Professional qualification like ACA, ACCA, CIA is advantage.
