About the role
Lead the Intermodal Operations team managing daily activities and customer needs. Report to the Regional Vice President of Operations.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop Intermodal operations team. • Negotiate rates and services with clients. • Develop and manage SOPs for accounts. • Collaborate with pricing and capacity groups. • Support sales and foster business growth.
What you’ll bring
• BA or BS degree preferred. • 5-7 years intermodal and truckload experience. • Familiarity with DOT and AAR regulations. • Proficient in MS Office and TMS programs. • Excellent communication skills.
