About the role
Help turn GitLab's self-serve funnel into a reliable source of new paying customers. Work on user journey from first visit through sign-up, trial, and purchase on GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab.
What you’ll do
• Design and iterate on A/B tests to increase first purchases. • Build and improve registration, trial, onboarding, and upgrade experiences. • Implement backend features in Ruby on Rails and frontend in Vue.js. • Analyze experiment results with Data Analysts to guide decisions. • Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers on hypotheses and metrics.
What you’ll bring
• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript. • Experience with relational databases and web performance optimization. • Track record of shipping and owning production features. • Ability to use product data to guide development decisions. • Preferred: experience with Vue.js, PostgreSQL, A/B testing, feature flags.
