About the role
Assist in-house counsel with special contracting matters and intellectual property protection. Manage trademarks, patents, contracts, and support legal compliance in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate trademark, copyright, and domain registrations and renewals. • Manage intellectual-property docket and statutory deadlines. • Support product and feature legal reviews. • Assist with drafting and maintaining Terms of Use and policies. • Provide project-based contracting and escalation support.
What you’ll bring
• Strong understanding of SaaS/commercial contract terms. • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems. • Familiarity with trademark, copyright, and patent processes. • Knowledge of data-privacy and ed-tech regulations. • Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
