Integration Specialist

About the role
The Integration Specialist manages implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Epic School Plus integrations with third-party platforms. They collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues and improve customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Set up and launch Clever and ClassLink integrations. • Serve as technical contact for district IT admins. • Troubleshoot sync and login issues. • Monitor integration health and fix sync failures. • Partner with Engineering to reproduce bugs and test fixes.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in technical support or integration role. • Experience with Clever and/or ClassLink rostering and SSO. • Understanding of K–12 rostering data and SIS. • Knowledge of SSO concepts and identity providers. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
