About the role
Provide HIV and malaria testing within approved protocols and support integrated health services in assigned clusters. Ensure quality control, specimen handling, and client linkage to care under supervision.
What you’ll do
• Provide HIV testing within approved algorithms and consent requirements. • Conduct malaria RDTs including outreaches and household visits. • Refer danger signs promptly and link positive results to care. • Record testing and quality-control information accurately. • Follow biosafety and infection prevention procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Medical Laboratory Technology, Nursing, Community Health or related qualification. • At least one year relevant experience or 3 years HIV-testing experience with training. • Verified credentials and competencies. • Approved training for independent malaria RDT testing. • Ability to work collaboratively and comply with procedures.
