Integrated Maternal And Child Peer Navigator

About the role
Provide non-clinical peer support for pregnant/postpartum women, mother–infant pairs and caregivers across maternal and child service pathways.
What you’ll do
• Provide peer navigation and support to pregnant and postpartum women. • Provide health education and adherence counseling on maternal and child health. • Support linkage, appointment follow-up and referrals across health services. • Conduct appointment reminders and defaulter tracing via calls and visits. • Document support and referral activities maintaining confidentiality.
What you’ll bring
• SSCE or equivalent with peer-support or community-health experience. • Experienced Mentor Mothers and peer supporters encouraged to apply. • Trust-building, confidentiality and reliable follow-up required. • Ability to work collaboratively with facility and community teams. • Willingness to comply with project, government and facility procedures.
