About the role
Provide integrated facility mentorship and quality improvement across TB, child health and ANC/PMTCT in Niger State clusters. Support high-volume facilities and PHCs through scheduled portfolios and coordination with cluster teams.
What you’ll do
• Mentor staff on ANC/PMTCT, mother–infant care, paediatric HIV/TB, child health. • Facilitate root-cause analysis and improvement tests with facility QI teams. • Review diagnostic delays, treatment interruptions and referral gaps. • Support coordinated client flows, screening, linkage and referral feedback. • Coordinate with Pharmacy, Laboratory and SI Optimizers to resolve service gaps.
What you’ll bring
• Professional registration/current licence for clinical duties. • At least three years relevant experience in TB, ANC/PMTCT, child health or QI. • Complementary maternal/child-health and HIV/TB skills in cluster pairs. • Recognized qualification in Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health, Medicine or Public Health. • Willingness to comply with project, government and facility procedures.
