About the role
Combine data-entry and E-Deck support to maintain complete, accurate and reconciled paper and electronic records.
What you’ll do
• Enter authorized data across assigned health service workflows. • Reconcile source documents and electronic records. • Track incomplete encounters and prepare routine summaries. • Support data-quality reviews and resolve device/connectivity issues. • Maintain correction audit trails and report data loss or unauthorized access.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline. • At least one year health-records or programme-data experience. • Computer literacy and spreadsheet skills. • Familiarity with national reporting and EMR systems advantageous. • Ability to work collaboratively and comply with procedures.
