About the role
Join Job Duck as a bilingual Intake Specialist to connect with prospective and existing clients of a law firm. Guide qualified leads, support scheduling, client communication, collections outreach, and maintain legal records.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate call coverage during absences or breaks. • Make outbound calls at client request. • Maintain accurate records in Clio and Clio Grow. • Convert new leads into qualified clients. • Schedule appointments and follow-ups with precision.
What you’ll bring
• Work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST. • Experience in intake, legal support, or customer service. • Strong English and Spanish communication skills. • Reliable computer, phone, and internet setup. • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
