About the role
Support Fiplex Communications by engaging customers remotely and managing sales opportunities from inquiry to conversion. Serve as the inside-sales coordinator between customers, partners, and internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Engage customers by phone, email, and virtual meetings. • Qualify inbound demand and conduct outbound follow-up. • Prepare and coordinate estimates and proposals. • Achieve assigned sales, services, pipeline, and activity targets. • Grow sales of design services, implementation support, and components.
What you’ll bring
