About the role
Operate and optimize ammonia plant front-end inlet systems including gas reception and desulfurization. Ensure process safety and asset integrity in a high-pressure gas processing environment.
What you’ll do
• Operate and monitor natural gas reception and feed gas compression units. • Maintain process parameters within safe operating limits. • Manage catalyst bed temperatures in desulfurization reactors. • Analyze process trends to optimize energy use and reduce flare. • Utilize CMMS for maintenance and asset integrity management.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND, B.Eng/B.Sc in relevant engineering or advanced technical certification. • Valid HSE Level 1, 2, & 3 certifications. • Minimum 5 years operational experience in gas processing plants. • Experience with high-pressure gas compressors and desulfurization reactors. • Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems and process control.
