About the role
Oversee ink production operations ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Manage ink formulation, production planning, and quality control in flexible packaging.
What you’ll do
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot ink production issues. • Supervise ink formulation, mixing, and colour matching. • Coordinate with printing, quality control, and procurement teams. • Maintain production records and inventory documentation. • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
What you’ll bring
• 5–7 years experience in ink production or related manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of ink formulation and colour matching. • Experience supervising production teams and managing targets. • HND or B.Sc. in Chemistry or related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production documentation.
