About the role
Provide in-home health evaluations including medication review and physical exams. Engage patients to improve health outcomes in their homes.
What you’ll do
• Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations. • Review medication and medical history. • Perform physical evaluations and diagnostic tests. • Use iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations. • Travel locally and conduct virtual visits as needed.
What you’ll bring
• Active, unrestricted medical license(s). • Multi-state licenses preferred. • Comfortable working in diverse home environments. • Ability to travel locally and within licensed states. • MD or DO qualification.
