About the role

What you’ll do
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and clients to gather requirements. • Configure platform campaigns, reward catalogs, user access, branding. • Manage project timelines and client communications. • Support bulk data imports and user onboarding workflows. • Identify launch roadblocks and escalate defects to technical teams.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years in client onboarding or platform configuration. • Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. • Proficiency with project management platforms and Excel/Sheets. • Experience with CRM and engagement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot. • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
