About the role
Manage customer deployments of Samsara technology to ensure successful implementation and value realization. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support change management.
What you’ll do
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers. • Lead solution workshops for business process development. • Guide customers through change management processes. • Run training sessions and demonstrate technology. • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in implementation or project management role. • Experience with enterprise SaaS and hardware preferred. • Strong project management and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English and German required. • Proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
