About the role
Provide new customers with seamless onboarding experiences to maximize return on investment. Play a foundational role in building out the onboarding function internationally for the EMEA region.
What you’ll do
• Build trust with customers through regular engagement. • Create and maintain customer implementation plans. • Cultivate customer champions and grow knowledge. • Advocate customer needs internally to shape product roadmap. • Identify risks and develop action plans to mitigate them.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in risk advisory or technology risk engagements. • OR 3+ years in technology consulting or implementation. • Strong consulting skills with proven business value delivery. • Project management proficiency with multitasking ability. • Executive presence and effective communication skills.
