About the role
Lead and coordinate Cambridge/IGCSE academic programmes and examination preparation. Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
What you’ll do
• Organise and monitor mock examinations and revision programmes. • Lead staff meetings and professional development. • Ensure compliance with educational standards and policies. • Manage school resources and promote a positive learning environment. • Provide academic guidance to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred. • Relevant teaching and Cambridge/IGCSE certification required. • Minimum 5 years teaching experience, 2-3 years leadership role. • Strong experience in Cambridge/IGCSE examination preparation. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
