About the role
The Hygiene Manager implements and improves hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at the hotel. Ensures compliance with Hyatt policies, HACCP, and local health regulations.
What you’ll do
• Establish and maintain Food Safety Management System. • Manage local government health inspections. • Conduct hygiene inspections and corrective actions. • Design and deliver food safety training. • Lead internal hygiene audits and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years hygiene or food safety experience. • Degree or Diploma in related field. • HACCP Level 3/4 certification required. • Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, ISO 22000. • Excellent training and communication skills.
