About the role
Manage customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination for HVAC equipment. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations. • Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, and warranty claims. • Prepare customer service reports and identify improvements. • Liaise with technical teams to resolve equipment issues.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. • Experience in HVAC or technical equipment industries preferred. • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration or Engineering. • 2–4 years relevant customer service or after-sales experience. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
