About the role
Provide deployable technical and operational support to humanitarian emergency responses across multiple African countries. Focus on supply chain management, emergency suboffice setup, and operational functions support.
What you’ll do
• Provide rapid deployment operational surge support during emergencies. • Support emergency operations planning and implementation. • Assist setup of relief delivery systems and operational processes. • Provide operational support across HR, finance, security, and fleet management. • Deliver operations trainings and support capacity strengthening.
What you’ll bring
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in international development. • Minimum 5 years humanitarian operations field experience. • Knowledge of emergency coordination and supply chain operations. • Proficiency in English and one of French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic. • Willingness to travel 50% often on short notice.
