About the role

• Maintain complete employee files and records. • Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime. • Coordinate recruitment and exit procedures. • Support compliance with employment laws and policies. • Organise training and performance reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in industrial environment. • Knowledge of Nigerian employment laws. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in HR or related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
