About the role
Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance with Nigerian labour laws. Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process. • Promote employee engagement and workplace culture. • Implement performance appraisal systems. • Advise management on workforce planning. • Coordinate payroll and employee records.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • 3-5 years HR experience including managerial role. • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
