About the role
Manage full spectrum of HR functions for multiple client organisations including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement. Deliver end-to-end HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws.
What you’ll do
• Manage recruitment and selection for clients. • Coordinate payroll preparation and administration. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding. • Coordinate performance appraisals and employee relations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 3-6 years HR consulting experience. • Experience managing full HR spectrum. • Knowledge of payroll and HR operations. • Strong communication and organisational skills.
