What you’ll do
• Align HR strategies with business objectives. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. • Support performance management and employee development. • Coordinate payroll and statutory HR requirements. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
What you’ll bring
• HND or B.Sc. in HR or related field. • Minimum 7 years HR experience, preferably manufacturing. • Knowledge of payroll, Pension, NSITF, ITF, PAYE. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
